Information about the processing of personal data by JelllyBill

Last updated: 2026 · Controller: Roman Solodkov, Einzelunternehmen

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website and in the related software is Roman Solodkov, Einzelunternehmen.

2. What data we process

We process data that you actively provide and data that arises technically when you use the website or app. Depending on usage, this may include:

email address, login and account details, plan and billing data, invoice contents, technical usage data, communication contents, and, for the prelaunch waitlist, your optional consent for product-update emails.

3. Chrome browser extension (Cardmarket)

The JelllyBill browser extension runs in Chromium-based browsers (such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, or Opera). When you open a supported Cardmarket order page and use the extension, it reads the order information displayed on that page so you can generate a PDF invoice.

Depending on your plan, invoice and profile data may be stored locally in your browser and, from the Seller plan upward, synchronized with your JelllyBill account in the cloud (Supabase). We do not sell order data and do not use it for advertising.

The privacy policy URL listed in the Chrome Web Store is this page. If you install the extension, the permissions shown in the store listing match what is required to read order pages and operate the sidebar on Cardmarket.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to provide the website and app, authenticate users, create and sync invoices, handle inquiries, process payments, and maintain system security.

The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in secure and efficient operation), and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where you give voluntary consent.

5. Account, waitlist, and emails

When you create an account or join the prelaunch waitlist, we process your email address and the flow-specific status data required to create the account, send confirmation links, release access, or enable password setup.

Necessary service emails are sent regardless of optional marketing consent where required for registration, access, security, or contract fulfilment. Optional product-update emails are sent only where you separately requested or consented to them.

6. Cookies, local storage, and optional analytics

For the technical operation of the website, strictly necessary browser-side storage may be used, for example for language preferences, theme selection, session information, or security purposes.

Optional analytics services are loaded only after your choice in the consent banner. This currently applies to Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Without consent, these optional services remain disabled.

7. Recipients and service providers

We use external service providers where necessary for operation and delivery of the service. These currently include:

Supabase for authentication, database, and backend functions, Vercel for hosting and optional performance/analytics services, Google (Analytics) for usage analysis after consent, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for payment processing of paid plans.

8. Retention

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the relevant purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations apply. Account data, invoice data, and billing-related information may therefore be retained longer than simple contact requests.

Waitlist and consent data are stored only as long as needed for the relevant prelaunch or communication purpose, or until consent is withdrawn.

9. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to certain processing.

You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
